Criminal Defense
In our criminal defense practice, we represent clients charged with:
- Traffic offenses, including moving violations, speeding tickets, nonmoving violations, driving without a license, driving with improper equipment and driving without insurance
- DUIs and DWIs
- Assault charges, including assault of a female and assault with a weapon
- Disorderly conduct
Our practice focuses on misdemeanors, but we will accept a client charged with a felony offense such as vehicular homicide, burglary, drug offenses, theft or robbery.

Tally & Tally has a small and selective personal injury practice. If you or someone you know has been injured in a car accident, truck wreck or in an accident on someone else's property (like a slip and fall resulting in injury), please contact our offices for an appointment with a lawyer to discuss your potential personal injury or wrongful death claims.
